Used Backhoe Attachments

Backhoes, sometimes the only piece of equipment for small or medium sized landscaping projects. With the right attachments, one can perform the work of various heavy equipment which means no extra hardware would be required. Let’s consider few backhoes attachments over here.

Backhoe Bucket: There are different backhoe buckets that can be attached and mount onto a backhoe. These range in size from small, 12 inches to all the way to big, such as 60 inches for trench digging buckets. Even now double-sided buckets are available so you can switch quickly between different functions.

Tiltrotator: A tiltrotator is much like the wrist on hand. Only, it has full 360° rotation capabilities, and 40° forward and backward tilting motion. One can just imagine how much more accurate and useful bucket control can be with this tool.

Hoe Ram: It is a great percussive hammer used to destroy concrete structures, or to penetrate through rocks. It is typically operated by a foot valve.

Grapple: Another backhoe attachment is the grapple. Grapple is used to pick up, hold and move heavy objects from one place to another.

Grain Auger: Grain Auger is used to move grains from trucks to storage bins. By using rotating helical flighting, one can easily move a variety of different materials along the rotating axis.
